General

• Single Account Only: Each user may maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts can result in the permanent suspension of all related accounts.
• Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your own finances, security, and interactions with other users. Conduct due diligence before engaging with anyone.
• Account Suspension: We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice. This may include forfeiture of any coin balance.

Tutoring Terms

1. Students

• Transactions & Refunds: All payments, refunds, and financial arrangements are your responsibility. We are not liable for fraud or disputes.
• Phone Verification: We may contact you by phone to confirm your requirements, but we will never use your number for marketing or promotions.

2. For Tutors

• Student Verification: We do not screen students for credit history or payment reliability. You are responsible for verifying their details and managing payments and refunds.
• No Unsolicited Contact Sharing: Sharing your personal contact information on your listing is prohibited. Users that try to evade the site's filter will result in an automatic ban.

Store Terms

• All purchases from the store page are final.
